TRUTH OR DARE WHEEL
Terms of Use
Use Truth or Dare Wheel for voluntary entertainment. Every player remains responsible for deciding whether a prompt is appropriate for the people, place and moment.
Acceptance and scope
By using the public site, you agree to use it lawfully and according to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to the wheel, question library, Blog and private custom-prompt feature.
The current service does not create a player account, paid subscription or public content-upload relationship.
Voluntary participation
Truth or Dare is optional entertainment. A player may skip, stop or leave at any time. Do not use the game, scoring, peer pressure or a custom prompt to obtain an answer or action someone would not otherwise choose.
Consent to join the game is not consent to physical contact, recording, publication or disclosure.
Safety and supervision
You are responsible for evaluating physical space, health, ability, age, local law and the involvement of other people before attempting a Dare.
Adults should supervise children, use the Kids set and adapt movement. Energy labels and automated review do not replace real-world judgment.
Prohibited use
Do not use public or custom prompts to encourage danger, self-harm, illegal acts, harassment, discrimination, privacy invasion, non-consensual contact, recording, publication, property damage or interaction with unwilling third parties.
Custom prompts and local data
You control the custom prompt text entered in your browser and are responsible for keeping it lawful and appropriate. The current MVP stores custom prompts locally and does not provide cloud recovery.
Clearing browser data, resetting the device or changing browsers may permanently remove local game data.
Published content
Public prompts and articles may be reviewed, corrected or retired. Stable IDs help identify content but do not guarantee permanent availability. Do not reproduce or republish substantial site content without permission where rights apply.
A report can be sent through the Contact page when content appears unsafe, duplicated, incorrectly labeled or subject to an ownership concern.
Availability and changes
The service may be unavailable, changed or discontinued. No uptime, publishing frequency, search ranking, prompt suitability or error-free operation is guaranteed.
Saved local selections can stop working if their prompts are retired or their data version becomes incompatible.
No professional advice and contact
The game and Blog provide general entertainment information, not medical, legal, psychological, relationship or child-safety advice. Seek appropriate professional help for decisions that require it.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. Production mailbox delivery must be verified separately from the local code.
TERMS OF USE FAQ
Clear answers about this page
Can I force another player to complete a Dare?
No. Participation and every individual prompt are voluntary, and a player may pass or stop at any time.
Who is responsible for physical safety?
Players and supervising adults must evaluate the real people, abilities, space and circumstances before any action.
Are custom prompts backed up?
No cloud backup exists in the current MVP. Custom prompts can be lost when browser storage is cleared or unavailable.
Is every prompt guaranteed to fit every player?
No. Sets and labels help narrow the pool, but each player must decide whether a prompt fits and may skip it.
Can published prompts change?
Yes. Prompts can be corrected or retired as the content is reviewed.
